Creamy Lemon Pineapple Dip

What You Need:

1/2 C of pineapple cream cheese, softened (as an alternative, mix diced pineapple into regular cream cheese)
16 ounces lemon yogurt
1/2 C of dried mixed fruit

How to Make It:

Place the cream cheese into a serving bowl.
Add the lemon yogurt and mix with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
Fold in the dried mixed fruit.
Cover the bowl tightly and chill for at least 1 hour.

Makes 8 servings

Slice apples, pears and oranges or put grapes on toothpicks for your kids to enjoy. This is also lovely with pita or other bread.

Creamy Cinnamon Applesauce Dip

What You Need:

2 C organic or natural applesauce
6 T full fat vanilla yogurt
1 t ground cinnamon

How to Make It:

Place the applesauce into a serving bowl.
Fold in the yogurt until well combined.
Sprinkle in the cinnamon and stir until blended in well.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 servings

Serve this dip to the little ones – fun and easy to make and eat.

Mexican Chip Dip

What You Need:

3 C prepared bean dip or refried beans
1 1/2 C of chive and onion sour cream
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 C Mexican cheese blend
1 large bag of large organic corn chips

How to Make It:

Place the bean dip into the bottom of serving bowl.
Spread the sour cream over the bean dip.
Sprinkle the tomatoes over the sour cream
Spread the cheese over the top.
Serve as a dip for the corn chips.

Makes 12 servings

* Taco flavored meat, olives, onions and lettuce are just few ideas that can be added to the list of ingredients.
