Apple and Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients:
One can dark red kidney beans (16 ounces) – drained
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped celery
One red organic apple (unpeeled, cored and diced)
1/3 cup shredded organic Cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
1/3 cup natural mayonnaise

Instructions:
Simply combine all ingredients and serve on bed of lettuce.
