Apple Carrot Juice Zinger

This is the perfect first time juice if you're new to juicing. It’s delicious!

4 carrots, peeled
2 organic apples, cored and chopped
Grated ginger root to taste

Juice according to juice instructions and enjoy!

Nutrition Facts: Carrots are rich in betacarotene which is needed for the skin and eyes, as well as the immune system.
The pectin in apples may help lower cholesterol. Ginger is reported to be helpful with morning sickness, nausea and migraines.
