Apple Sweet Baked Ham
Ingredients:
1 fully cooked all natural (hormone free) ham, 7 to 10 pounds
2 cups organic apple juice
½ cup Sucanat or brown sugar
Directions:
Place ham in a deep baking pan. Poke into skin with a fork, searing as deep into the meat as possible. Mix sugar and apple juice together. Pour
over ham. Cover ham and refrigerate for two hours. Flip ham and add more apple juice and sugar if necessary to coat. Return to refrigerator for 2
hours. When ham has been fully marinated on all sides, bake according to package instructions. Serve with cinnamon apple sauce, mashed potatoes,
vegetables and rolls.
