Broiled Peach English Muffins

This would be a delicious dessert or brunch treat!
Broiled Peach Topped English Muffins
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sour cream
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced thin
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sucanat or rapadura
1 English muffin
Instructions:
Place the sour cream in a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese. Stir with a rubber spatula until smooth and mixed well. Spread each half of the English muffin with the spread. Layer the peach slices on top.
Carefully add the cinnamon and sugar over the top of the peach slices. Turn on the broiler. Broil for 1 minute or until the cheese just begins to brown.
