Pressure Cooker Vanilla Oatmeal
What You Need:
2 C of orange juice
1 C rolled oats
1/4 C of golden raisins
1 T almonds, sliced
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 t of cinnamon
1/4 t of nutmeg
How to Make It:
Pour the juice into the pressure cooker.
Add the oats, raisins, almonds and vanilla.
Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bring the pressure cooker to high pressure and cook 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve this oatmeal on a cold winter morning to help remove that early morning chill. Add milk, honey, sliced bananas or orange slices for a special treat.

Thanks for the recipe. All of the ingredients are healthy, wholesome and probably really flavorful after being cooked in a pressure cooker. Oatmeal is such a great way to start the day.
