Eggnog Latte

(You will need a steaming pitcher and steaming wand for this recipe)

Ingredients:

1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup eggnog
1 espresso shot (about 1.5 fluid ounce)
1 pinch ground nutmeg or cinnamon

Instructions:

Place the milk and eggnog in the steaming pitcher and heat to about 165 degrees F with the help of the steaming wand.

Make your shot of espresso and pour into your favorite mug.

Add the steamed milk and eggnog into the mug, but hold back the foam using a spoon. Add the foam on top and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.

Cranberry Smoothie

Cranberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
2/3 cup cranberry/raspberry juice
1 cup raspberries (frozen if you can’t find fresh)
8 oz of plain yogurt
1 ½ cups of ice

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust with more ice or juice if necessary.

Enjoy this delicious smoothie anytime.

Sparkling Honey Limeade

Sparkling Honey Limeade

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
1 cup raw honey
2 cups water
2 cups sparkling water
1 cup lime juice

Instructions:

In a saucepan over medium heat bring the ginger, honey and water to a quick boil.  Allow mixture to boil 2 minutes or until a syrup begins to form.

Remove from the heat and allow the liquid to set at least 5 minutes.  The longer the mixture sets the stronger the ginger is.

Place the lime juice in a pitcher.  Add the ginger mixture to the juice.  Stir to blend the flavors together.  Pour the sparkling water into the pitcher and stir gently.  Serve over ice.
