Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound organic lean ground beef
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder, optional
2 teaspoon sea salt
1 ½ teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 cups cooked whole grain macaroni noodles
¼ cup organic milk
2 cups shredded cheddar or cheddar/Monterey Jack blend
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef, rinse and drain. Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Blend macaroni with cheese and milk until noodles
are well coated. Mix together all other ingredients together and add to macaroni and cheese. Place in a lightly sprayed baking dish and bake for
30 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
