Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 cups whole grain flour
1 cup Sucanat or Rapadura
1 teaspoon of aluminum free baking powder
2 free range or organic eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup organic butter
1/2 cup nuts of choice
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Ingredients
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix all of the ingredients together using a mixer (excluding the nuts and chips).
3) Add the nuts and chips.
4) Grease loaf pans.
5) Pour the mixture into the pans.
6) Bake the batter for about one hour.
To make sure the bread is done, you will need a toothpick for testing. If the toothpick comes out clean, then the bread is fully cooked.
