Crabby Mushroom Caps
Ingredients:
12 extra large mushroom caps, cleaned (or 24 to 36 small
caps)
1/4 organic butter, melted
6 ounces crab cooked and flaked
1 tablespoon natural mayonnaise
1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, lightly seasoned
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1/4 freshly grated Parmesan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place mushroom caps on ungreased
baking sheet. Brush with butter. Mix cleaned crab, mayonnaise,
bread crumbs, cheese and onion in a bowl. Fill each cap with the
mixture. Bake until mushrooms are warn to the touch; broil until
golden brown. Top off with more grated Parmesan and serve hot.
