Creamy Vinaigrette
This recipe for vinaigrette makes a great accompaniment for potatoes, salads, as well as cooked vegetables that have been chilled.
Ingredients
½ cup of red (or white wine) vinegar
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of honey
¾ cup of olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1) Using a whisk, mix together the honey, vinegar, mustard, and salt.
2) Season the mixture with pepper.
3) Gradually add in the oil, making sure to constantly whisk together the ingredients.
4) Whisk the dressing until the mixture is thick and creamy.
5) It is suggested to use immediately.
