Easy Perfect Pork Chops

2-inch thick boneless pork chops
Garlic powder
Kosher salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides of the pork chops.

Coat the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil and place over a medium heat. Fry both sides of the pork until it is golden brown.

Place in a baking dish and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

To the frying pan, add 1/2 cup of vegetable broth and add 1 stick of butter and let reduce until thick.

Pour over the pork and serve hot.
