Emerald Isle Green Peas
Ingredients:
½ C. natural mayonnaise
¼ C. Italian dressing
3 C. frozen green peas, thawed
¾ C. chopped celery
¼ C. chopped onion
¼ C. chopped dry-roasted peanuts
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Stir in green peas, celery, onion, peanuts, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for
at least 30 minutes before serving. (Serves 6)
