Fast & Spicy Bean Dip

Ingredients:
1 pound of lean ground beef (preferably grass fed or organic), browned thoroughly and drained
1 10-ounce can Mexican spiced diced tomatoes with chilies
1 15-ounce can refried beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 15-ounce can corn, drained, or cooked bag of frozen corn
1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes, non-spiced
1 ½ cups of organic shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry ground beef in a skillet until thoroughly done; drain. Place spiced tomatoes, refried beans and chili powder into the skilled and mix with ground beef. Cook on medium heat until well blended. Spread mixture into a baking dish and layer corn, tomatoes and cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Serve hot with corn chips.
