Fruity Desserts: Raspberry
The raspberry offers a great deal of polyphenol antioxidants linked to the prevention of a wealth of health concerns. The high fiber content
of this fruit is also accompanied by a rich source of vitamin C and manganese. A decent amount of folic acid, magnesium, copper, B-vitamins, and

Raspberry Crisp
This recipe makes six servings.
Ingredients:
4 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
1/3 cup Sucanat or Rapadura
1/3 cup of plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (divided)
3/4 cup of quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
1/4 cup organic butter
Instructions
1) In a bowl, gently toss raspberries with sugar and three tablespoons of flour.
2) Transfer the ingredients to a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
3) In a bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar and remaining flour.
4) Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
5) Sprinkle the crumble over the berries.
6) Bake the dessert at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or until golden brown).
Raspberry Crumble
Ingredients:
2 cups of crushed raspberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup organic butter
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
Pinch of Salt
Ingredients
1) Sprinkle berries with half of the sugar.
2) Add the lemon juice and stir well.
3) Place in a buttered baking dish.
4) Blend in the butter and remaining sugar, flour and salt. Cover the berries with this mixture.
5) Bake the dessert at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
