Garlic Lemon Baked Salmon


Ingredients:

4 salmon steaks
2 fresh lemons; 1 quartered
Crumbled, salted crackers
4 tablespoons prganic butter
garlic, pepper and sea salt to taste
fresh parsley, minced

Directions:
Preheat oven to low broil. Lightly spray a baking dish. Place fish inside; top each steak with 1 tablespoon butter. Dash pepper, salt and garlic over top in desired amount. Crumbles crackers on top. Broil on top rack until fish is browned on the edges and meat is flaky (about 10 to 15 minutes). Place each steak on a plate with side dishes. Squirt fresh lemon on steaks and garnish with parsley and lemon wedge.
