Garlic Lime Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon thyme
dash paprika
dash parsley
2 tablespoons organic butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions: Mix ground black pepper, salt, red pepper, paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, thyme and parsley in a bowl. Coat chicken with
spices on both sides. Heat a large frying pan and then add butter and olive oil. When the grease is hot, add chicken and sauté until golden and
cooked thoroughly. Add remaining garlic powder and lime juice to the skilled and sauté until chicken is thoroughly coated on both sides. Serve
with Mexican rice and vegetables.
Note: If an extra spicy chicken is desired, substitute habanero powder for red pepper.
