Garlic Sauce
This sauce is lovely served over fish, meat or vegetables. The
recipe makes 1¼ cups.
Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 slices bread, crust removed
1/3 cup of slivered almonds
2 tablespoons white vinegar
½ cup olive oil
Instructions:
1) Use a food processor bowl to process and mince the garlic.
2) Add the water and the salt, bread, almonds, and white vinegar.
Process until smooth.
3) With the processor running, pour the olive oil through the food
chute in a slow steady stream until all of the ingredients are
combined. Chill.
