Why would I purchase a recipe book if I can't see what the recipes look like? I want only healthy ingredients in my cuisine. My definition of "healthy" is often not the same as another's. How can I see sample recipes of the smoothies?? Please and thank you.

Throw bread into the blender and pulse until you have crumbs, and use to top casseroles or wherever bread crumbs are called for in recipes. If you have fruit that is over ripe, but not moldy, mash it up and bake it in muffins and breads or use in smoothies. [...]
