Homemade Fried Chicken Recipe
4 large chicken breasts or other chicken pieces
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
6 large free range or organic eggs
1 cup organic buttermilk
Beat eggs with buttermilk.
Then combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, together in a large pan. Dredge chicken breast in flour, then in the egg, back in the
flour and put in a deep fryer or pot with oil heated to 375 degree.
Fry for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
