Kick Back Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

3/4 cup organic sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/3 cup natural mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon green onion, finely minced (optional)
6 ounces crumbled Blue Cheese

Instructions:

Using an electric mixer on low speed mix together the sour cream, dry mustard, pepper, salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce for 2 minutes.  Fold in the mayonnaise and green onion.  On medium speed blend for 2 more minutes.  Blend in blue cheese slowly and until all combined.  There should be some small pieces of cheese left in mixture.  Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.  Serve with baked chicken wings
