Hot Dog! Banana Surprise

What You Need:

4 whole grain hot dog buns
4 ripe bananas
2 TBSP all natural peanut butter
2 TBSP 100% fruit strawberry jam

How to Make It:

Spread 1/2TBSP of peanut butter onto each of the four hot dog buns.
Peel the bananas and place them in the bun.
Top each banana with a 1/2TBSP of the jam.

4 Servings

Kids will gobble these up without thinking twice. Any flavor of jam can be used and for a special treat sprinkle the bun with some sunflower seeds after spreading on the peanut butter or try using crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy.
