Salmon with Soy Maple Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound wild caught salmon

Directions

Mix together the seasoning ingredients. Place salmon in dish and coat with soy/maple seasoning. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400F. Transfer fish along with marinade to an oven safe dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is done.
