Meatloaf Surprise

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup all natural ketchup
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
3/4 cup bread crumbs, or Italian spiced bread crumbs
2 organic or free range eggs, well beaten
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix ground beef, ketchup, salt, pepper, vegetables, eggs and bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Place mixture into a lightly greased, or aluminum foil lined, 9x5-inch pan. Cover top of meat with more ketchup; salt and pepper to taste. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until meat is done. Serves: 6-8.
