Peach Freezers

These are excellent during the hot summer! Each recipe serves one, so just multiply if you have a crowd.

Ingredients:
   1/2 c. organic milk
   1 c. sliced organic peaches fresh or canned
   1 tsp. sweetener of choice such as honey, Rapadura or Sucanat

Utensils:
    ice cube tray
    blender
    serving dishes

Instructions:
Pour milk in ice cube tray and freeze solid.  Once frozen, remove from tray and place in blender.  Add peaches and sweetener to blend on high speed until smooth.  Serve immediately.
