Quick Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 to 6 thin sliced boneless natural (no hormones or preservatives) pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Sea salt to taste
Preheat frying pan over medium heat. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan and then sprinkle spices into the oil. Place pork chops into
pan and flip frequently to keep moisture content high. Fry for approximately four minutes per side, but keep a constant watch to ensure proper
cooking based on chop thickness. Serve with rice, stuffing or potatoes and vegetables.
Variation:
Drain pork chops after frying and slice into strips or cubes. Mix with cooked noodles or rice and a can of cream of mushroom soup and French
fried onions and bake at 350 degrees until bubbling.
