Creamy Italian Tuna and Pasta

What You Need:

4 C of small shell pasta, cooked and drained well
3 C carrots, shredded
3 C zucchini, shredded
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained well
3/4 C of creamy Italian salad dressing

How to Make It:

Place the drained pasta into a salad bowl.
Fold the carrots and zucchini carefully into the pasta.
Add the tuna and stir gently until blended in well.
Pour the dressing over the mixture and mix until all the ingredients are coated well.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no more than 24 hours being sure to stir before serving.

Makes 6 servings

Want a little extra flavor in your tuna pasta salad?  Use a scant amount of the juice from your bread and butter pickles.  Pour the juice into the salad before adding the dressing.  Be careful to use only a small amount, taste the salad then add more in small amounts until you achieve the flavor your looking for.
