Curry Dip

1 Package (8oz) Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup sour cream
10 cups raw vegetables (carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, etc)

In a bowl, place cream cheese at room temperature until softened.

Add the milk, curry powder and garlic salt. Mix well.

Stir in the sour cream and blend well.

Transfer to a serving dish and arrange raw veggies around it.
