Homemade Whole Wheat Croutons

Ingredients:
3 medium slices day-old whole wheat bread, crusts cut off
4 – 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Garlic powder to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the bread into small cubes and place them into a bowl. Add the olive oil and garlic powder and toss.

Pour the croutons onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 – 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Delicious in soups and salads.
