Scones

2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp double acting baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1 stick organic butter (cold) and cut up
1 cup pecans
1 cup golden raisins
1 1/2 cups organic milk, cream or half and half

Place the dry ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and add the butter. Pulse until the mixture looks like cornmeal. Form a ball and knead for about a minute, just until it comes together.

Add the nuts and raisins and knead until well dispersed. Roll out to about 1/2 in thick and cut into triangles. Place in a preheated 400-degree over and bake for about 17 mins or until lightly browned.
