Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

16 oz can organic sweet corn (drained)
16 oz can organic cream of corn (undrained)
1 box corn muffin mix
1 cup milk
1 egg
¾ cup grated cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine ingredients with half of the grated cheese and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and put back into the oven until the cheese has melted and is golden brown. Serve immediately.

Enjoy as a great side dish.
