Delicious Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts, yellow leaves removed and ends trimmed
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Kosher salt (which is coarser than the regular table salt)
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a resealable plastic bag, place all ingredients, seal the bag and shake to coat all Brussels sprouts. Then place the sprouts onto a baking sheet and roast for about 30 to 40 minutes or until dark brown. Give the baking sheet a shake every 5 minutes or so for even browning. If your Brussels sprouts start burning, turn down the heat.
