Skillet Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 stick organic butter, softened
1 cup all purpose flour
1 ¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon ground pepper
1 cup organic milk
½ to 3/4 cup marsala wine
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Melt butter in a large sauté pan. Blend dry ingredients. Dip chicken into milk and then dry ingredients. Saute over medium heat until chicken is completely done. Add more butter if necessary to protect coating. Transfer chicken to a serving dish or holding plate. Turn skillet heat to medium high; add mushrooms and wine. Stir constantly until sauce has thickened. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce before serving.
