Stuffed Chicken And Ham Delight


Ingredients:

4 thick boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cornbread dressing
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices baked or boiled ham
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 stick organic butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean chicken breasts and slice a pocket into each with a sharp knife. Fill the pockets with  1/4 cup stuffing, one slice of cheese, one slice of ham each. Melt butter. Pour into deep baking dish, along with orange juice. Add chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and flip chicken. Return for 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove foil and return to oven until top browns slightly. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Serves: 4.
