Sunny Breakfast Salad
Wonderful in summer when you're too hot for a cooked breakfast. Also makes a lovely side dish or dessert.
4 carrots, shredded
2 apples, shredded
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup organic vanilla yogurt
Mix all ingredients and enjoy. Delicious served chilled too. Serves 2- 4 depending on appetite.
