Sweet and Sour Beans
Ingredients:
1 can pinto beans
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
¼ C. onion, diced
¼ C. Sucanat or Rapadura
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking time. Serve
piping hot. Great with hotdogs, hamburgers, or side salad.
